Title

Integrated Review on Advanced Renewable Energy Technologies

Abstract

The transition toward sustainable energy systems has become a global priority due to rising energy demand, depletion of fossil fuels, and climate change concerns. This paper presents a comprehensive review integrating recent advancements in photovoltaic (PV) thermal management using Phase Change Materials (PCM), wind–solar hybrid renewable systems, intelligent energy management strategies for electric vehicle (EV) charging in renewable-based microgrids, scalable perovskite photovoltaic technologies, and the role of public perception in renewable energy adoption. PCM-based passive cooling enhances PV efficiency by mitigating temperature-induced performance losses. Hybrid wind–solar systems improve reliability and ensure continuous power supply. Advanced hybrid fuzzy-PI controllers optimize power dispatch, reduce EV charging costs, and improve grid stability. Furthermore, controlled crystallization of Sn–Pb perovskite films enables scalable high-efficiency tandem solar cells. The findings highlight that integration of material innovation, hybrid system architecture, intelligent control frameworks, and social awareness forms a sustainable pathway toward future renewable energy infrastructure.
