Title

Comparative Study of Melamine–Formaldehyde Derived Anion Exchange Resins Containing Aromatic Amines

Abstract

Ion-exchange resins are polymeric materials capable of reversible exchange of ions between a solid phase and a liquid phase. In the present investigation, a series of melamine-based anion-exchange resins were synthesized by condensation polymerization using melamine, formaldehyde and aromatic amines such as aniline, p-toluidine and o-toluidine.
