Abstract
BizChain Connect: Automated Order Processing and Inventory Optimization is an Android-based mobile application developed to transform traditional wholesale operations in the hosiery sector through automation and digital integration. The proposed system addresses critical inefficiencies inherent in manual order processing and inventory management, including human errors, delayed communications, lack of real-time stock visibility, and poor scalability. By providing a centralized digital platform, BizChain Connect enables retailers to browse available products, view real-time pricing and stock availability, place bulk orders, and track order status seamlessly. Simultaneously, wholesalers gain access to an administrative interface for managing product listings, monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in real time. The application replaces conventional manual methods such as phone calls, paper logs, and messaging applications, thereby reducing operational delays, minimizing errors, and enhancing overall business efficiency. Key features include secure user authentication, role-based access control, real-time inventory updates, low-stock alerts, and automated order tracking. The system follows a client-server architecture with an Android frontend, a Django-based backend, and a PostgreSQL database, ensuring reliable data management and scalable performance. BizChain Connect demonstrates how mobile technology can streamline supply chain operations, improve transparency between wholesalers and retailers, and support business growth through automation and real-time data accessibility.
