Title

DIGITAL TWIN TECHNOLOGY IN FINANCIAL SERVICES: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON USER AWARENESS AND PERCEPTION

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed the financial services sector, leading to the emergence of Digital Twin–based financial solutions. This study aims to analyze the level of awareness and perception of respondents towards digital technologies and services. The research is based on primary data collected from 150 respondents using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as Average Score Analysis, Chi-square test, and ANOVA were applied for data analysis. The findings reveal that respondents exhibit high awareness of cyber security, artificial intelligence, and real-time analytics, while awareness of advanced tools like predictive analytics and simulation remains comparatively low. The study also finds that demographic factors have limited influence on perception, indicating a generally uniform outlook among respondents. The study concludes that enhancing awareness and simplifying technology adoption can improve the acceptance of Digital Twin–based financial services.
