Accessibility in the healthcare sector is a significant problem in both urban and rural settings owing to waiting times, a lack of doctors, and inefficient management of digital records. With the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and web development, the feasibility of digital healthcare systems has increased . This paper presents an AI-Based Healthcare Assistance and Online Doctor Consultation System, which offers virtual consultations via video, audio, and chat options. The system comprises an AI Chatbot for symptom diagnosis, digital prescription, ordering medications, storing medical records securely, and sending automated reminders. The system is intended to be secure, scalable, and easy to use. The system enhances communication between patients and doctors and prevents unnecessary visits to healthcare facilities.
