The rapid growth of the cosmetic industry has led to increased concerns regarding environmental pollution and the adverse effects of synthetic ingredients on human skin. This study focuses on the development of an eco-friendly sheet mask utilizing coconut shell-derived activated charcoal and biodegradable non-woven cotton fabric. Coconut shells, a readily available agricultural waste, were converted into activated charcoal through controlled carbonization and activation processes. A natural serum composed of aloe vera, soybean oil, and benzoin oil was formulated and incorporated into the sheet mask. The integration of natural bioactive compounds and sustainable materials ensures improved skin compatibility, enhanced cleansing action, and minimal environmental impact. This research highlights the importance of sustainable resource utilization and provides a potential pathway for the development of green cosmetic products with commercial viability.
