Animal welfare is of great importance in both city and country life, especially when help is not on its way quickly. Moreover, there is a gap identified in terms of coordination between volunteers, NGOs, and vets. This study aims to outline a mobile Animal Rescue Coordination System using Flutter and cloud computing. This system would be able to reduce time spent rescuing animals by sending real-time photos of injured animals. This would be able to locate animals quickly using GPS and reduce response time. This study indicates that the system would be able to reduce time spent rescuing animals. Index Terms Flutter, Animal Rescue, Mobile Application, GPS Tracking, Real-Time Systems, Cloud Computing. The lack of awareness about animal welfare centers. All these drawbacks are causing more animal fatalities.
