FPIs moving into digital ecosystems creates an uptick in fraud, but financial, supply-chain and service platforms are transitioning to hyperconnected architectures. A lot of fraud detection systems currently available in the market lack consistent data provenance, siloed intelligence and adaptability to emerging threats. In this paper, we propose FLEXCHAIN, an integrated framework that integrates blockchain-based immutable transactions (from transactional honesty), professional knowledge exchange from subject matter experts (SMEs) and artificial intelligence learning of fraudster behavior. FLEXCHAIN improves fraud analysis by contributing authenticated expert inputs, decentralized data control and adaptive learning mechanisms. Structured architecture is made up of Multiple layers: Expert eXchange Layer, Blockchain Integrity Layer, Intelligent Fraud Learning Engine, Smart Contracts Automation Using simulated datasets, experiments show superior accuracy in identifying fraud against existing methods and enhanced transparency. The system proposed one aspect more secure, collaborative, self-evolving.
