Adolescence is a sensitive stage where rapid physical and emotional changes make teenagers vulnerable to risky behaviors. Increasing substance use among youth is linked to mental health issues and long-term harm. Studies show that peer pressure, stress, and easy access to drugs contribute to this problem. Early education and awareness can significantly reduce these risks. Therefore, school-based teaching programs are vital in preventing substance abuse among adolescents.
