The eideble oils plays an important role in the development of cardiovascular disorders and strokes.Various physiopathologically changes are seen after the metabolism of edible oils some eideble oils produce the hyperlipidemias or dyslipidemia(bad eideble oils) and some eideble oils correct the retio of good and bad lipids i.e. HDL and LDL(good eideble oils) . Various socio economical conditions also play the important role in the development of cardiovascular disorders and stroke i.e. Lower socio-economical group population usually use the polysaturated oils, hydrgenated oils and the transfats abundantly which may produce the dyslipidemia and hyperlipdemia and finally cause the cardiovascular disorders and strokeand produce the various life threatening conditions to ruled out the relation and prevalence and relation of consumed eideble oils clinical research unit Bhopal was conducted a study in urban as well as rural population of Bhopal.
