Vitamin D deficiency is a widespread public health issue with significant musculoskeletal and non-skeletal implications. Undergraduates are at risk due to indoor lifestyle, inadequate sun exposure, and poor dietary habits, yet their awareness remains understudied. So it is very important to have adequate knowledge, positive attitude and a good practice of vitamin D deficiency among undergraduates. It becomes necessary to assess the level of knowledge, attitude and practice regarding vitamin D deficiency among undergraduates. Objectives are:  To assess the knowledge, attitude and practice regarding vitamin D deficiency among college students.  To determine the association between knowledge and selected demographic variable regarding vitamin D deficiency among college students. A descriptive research design is considered as suitable to assess the level of knowledge, attitude and practice regarding vitamin D deficiency among undergraduates by using close ended self administered and Likert scale. 100 General Nursing & Midwifery students from KMCT School of Nursing, Manassery, Kozhikode were selected as sample by using non-probability convenient sampling method.
