Gender equity and workplace inclusion have become central themes in discussions of organizational development and human resource management. Despite widespread implementation of diversity policies and gender equality frameworks, a substantial gap remains between organizational intentions and actual practices. This study examines the factors contributing to this gap and explores strategies to create truly inclusive workplaces. Through a review of existing literature studies, the paper highlights the importance of leadership commitment, organizational culture, and continuous evaluation in translating gender equity policies into actionable outcomes
