Title

Rajyoga meditation and academic stress in secondary school students: A quasi-experimental study

Abstract

As we know Academic stress is an undoubted risk for adolescents' mental health and it increases in the examination-driven years such as Standards 9 and 10 in India. So Rajyoga meditation which is a silent, thought-based practice can help adolescents to cope stress,this was yet to be studied.
