Railway transportation is one of the most important modes of public transportation, and railway safety is an important concern. Objects present on railway tracks can cause accidents, damage to trains, and delays. Manual monitoring of railway tracks is difficult, especially over long distances. The proposed Automated Railway Track Object Detection and Defending System is designed to automatically detect unwanted objects or obstacles present on railway tracks. The system uses sensors and a controller to continuously monitor the track. When an object is detected, the controller processes the information and activates an alert or defending mechanism. The system can also provide information about the location of the detected object. This project aims to reduce the dependence on manual inspection and provide an automated method for improving railway-track safety.
