Massive datasets that standard data management strategies are unable to process effectively have been transformed by big data. Volume, Velocity, and Variety are the three Vs that characterize the word. The enormous amount of information that requires handling, the pace at which it must be created and processed, and the diversity of data types that have to be managed are referred to as volume, velocity, and variety, respectively. In order to process enormous volumes of data effectively and economically, parallelism is utilized. New architecture, methodologies, algorithms, and analytics are required to handle big data, extract its value, and uncover hidden insights. The main tool for organizing Big Data and addressing the issue of making it relevant for analytics is Hadoop. An open-source software called Hadoop enables handling massive datasets in parallel across clusters of inexpensive machines. It has great failure resilience and is extensible from a central computer to hundreds of thousands of machines.
