The convergence of artificial intelligence, autonomous agents, advanced robotics, and ubiquitous connectivity is giving rise to a new organizational archetype: the Zero Sleep Enterprise (ZSE). These businesses and industries operate continuously,twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, with minimal or no human presence during significant portions of their operational cycle. This paper explores the concept, traces its technological underpinnings, examines its manifestation across industries ranging from manufacturing, finance, logistics, healthcare, and cybersecurity considers the profound economic, labor, ethical, and governance implications that accompany this transformation. An Analysis of industry surveys, analyst reports, and emerging case studies published between 2024 and 2026 the findings indicates that, although fully autonomous “zero sleep” operations have not yet been achieved by most organizations, enterprises are rapidly transitioning from AI-assisted to AI-operated models, compressing the distance between human-dependent workflows and continuous autonomous execution. The paper also examines how Zero Sleep Enterprises (ZSEs) can serve as engines of economic abundance and contribute to the strategic positioning of the United States in the next economic era.
