Three-dimensional concrete printing (3DCP) is an emerging construction technology that uses computer-controlled printers to build concrete components layer by layer. It can reduce formwork, minimize material waste, and improve design flexibility and construction speed. This case study reviews its working principles, materials, applications, advantages, and limitations. However, its performance depends on mix design, interlayer bonding, reinforcement, curing, and quality control. Therefore, 3DCP requires proper structural design and durability assessment for safe and sustainable construction.
