Now a days, vibration measurement is very important because development of proper vibration isolation system is not possible if we don’t know the actual reason of vibration .Some vibration measuring instruments are already present, but some instrument are costly and some instruments are having less accuracy due to elasticity and mass of links used for instrument. In the present work, it is aimed to develop an effective vibration measuring instrument that will give better accuracy at economical cost. The optical measuring instrument has less number of links and hence less inertia effect that other contact type vibration measuring instrument therefore it gives better accuracy.
