Clutch is very important part in automobile. It is used in power transmission system. It has friction plate and pressure plate by using which the power is transmitted from engine to gearbox. During transmission of power, wear and tear of the friction surfaces may take place and due to which it will affects the life of clutch. This paper includes the study of different friction surfaces which will reduce the wear of the clutch and help to increase the service life of the clutch. This study includes multi-plate wet clutch of EN-GJS-400-15 as core disc and pressure plate material and four different materials were used as a friction materials. The comparison will be done by Wear Analysis.
