Cloud computing is a rapidly growing field in computer Science. This technology is the development of parallel computing, distributed computing grid computing, and is the combination and evolution of Virtualization, Utility computing, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).It enable all kinds of organizations, big or small, to scale down on their requirements in adopting ICT: As the cloud Computing platform is playing major role in normally all organizations,. Using this all the services and Application improvements in the cloud-computing infrastructure and finally on all the organization there is fastest growth in the area of IT is becoming possible. I present some of the resent trends in the cloud computing platforms This paper also highlights an action research in guiding educational institutions to successfully migrate to new or better ICT based learning systems.
