Mr. Karanveer Singh, Founder & Chairman, Visionum Ltd was a man who wanted to do something special for the society since his college days. He started with a small flat and for the first time introduced a model to connect different modes of transport with one single system,; as this mission was to big so for the initial he stared to connect all the rickshaw of Indore with one system. Over time, he built up a small team of special trainees and it specialist and expand his business in 9 cities of India. The concept of serving clients and giving more trust to auto drivers and clients gave runaway hit with both existing and new clients. His passion for developing unique software propelled him from running a small office to owning one of the most prestigious Company in Indore by the name of Visionum Intiative Ltd. The launch of the Visionum Intiative Ltd at Indore was less than three year old; there was entry of other big players like OLA/UBER and other cabs in Indore Market. Although Visionum Intiative Ltd had received a good response in the first year Mr. Karanveer Singh was wondering what strategies he needed to execute to ensure that Visionum Intiative Ltd to sustain in the long run market.
