This paper aims to assess the satisfaction level of Recruitment & Selection process in employees at Aadheesh TexFab Pvt Ltd is to attempt analyze the Recruitment & Selection process. Recruitment is the process of searching prospective candidates to apply for the job posting in an organization. Selection is a process choosing apporiate candidates among the all job applicants. In this paper, the researcher has focused on how the Recruitment and Selection process affects the organizational performance and some suggestions that can be enhance the company’s policies, strategies and process. Researcher used both primary and secondary data. Primary data is collected from among all 50 employees by using standard questionnaire and data analysis has been done by using statistical tools like percentage method, tables and bar diagram. In Aadheesh TexFab pvt. Ltd existing Recruitment & Selection process is the good and all employees are satisfied with organizational climate.
