The project is regarding about cashless toll tax collection using RFID. It is used to avoid traffics in toll plaza and also it saves the fuel. For this at first we have fix an RFID tag in each vehicle when a person buys a new vehicle. [2]The tag is unique for each vehicle and we have to load the database in the RTO office. The RFID tag is linked with prepaid account through which the amount is deducted for passing through toll plaza. In this project we have connected the RFID tags with the cloud to all the toll gates all over the country by using IOT. After passing the toll plaza the deducted amount will be sent as an SMS to the mobile number which is synced with prepaid account using GSM. By using this ATC(Automatic toll collection) the vehicles doesn’t need to stand in a long queue for paying the amount of the toll plaza. Since, the automatic electronic toll plaza is used to reduce manpower, time and fuel of the traveller.
