Day by day attackers are increased, forced different kinds of attacks, and providing security to data are more complex. In order to solve this problem an efficient automated malware analysis is required and generates signatures to protect computing environment. In this paper we propose a secure automated signature generation and identification of harmful malware based on traffic flow. Proposed model is executed many times to identify similarities in the network pattern to identify malwares by calculating hash value of each established connection, and longest subsequence of execution of malwares in the traffic flow. At the end generated signatures are tested by using confusion matrix parameters to show how our system outperforming to identify malware detection accurately.
