Title

A STUDY ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEE WELFARE

Abstract

HR – Employee has an important role in the industrial production. For this purpose the employees has to be properly managed. Whole hearty cooperation of the employee force is needed in order to increase the production & to earn higher profits. Cooperation of the employee is possible only when they are fully satisfied with their employer & the working conditions on the job. HR Employee or employee welfare is a comprehensive term including services, benefits and facilities offered to employees by the employer. Through such generous fringe benefits the employer makes life worth living for employees. The welfare amenities are extended in addition to normal wages and other economic rewards available to employees as per the legal provisions. Human resource management (HRM) decisions are likely to have an important and unique influence on organizational performance. We identify key unresolved questions in need of future study and make several suggestions intended to help researchers studying these questions build a more cumulative body of knowledge that will have key implications for both theory and practice.
