Abstract
Women execute multilateral roles in the society. Inspite of the fact that the women's contribution to the country's development is equal to that of their male counterpart, still they experience a number of limitations that restrain them from comprehending their potential for expansion. Historically, women have been the primary caregivers of children than those given to men. Discrimination against women is thus detrimental not only to women themselves, but also to the next generation.
