This study has been undertaken to provide railway reservation services with a feasible solution to the end users in an easy way and the users can interact with the system through voice. This paper aims at providing service to the people. This Information is to be integrated into the existing database of the system but the access to it would be restricted to the authorized or register users. According to the user the service will be received and navigate to a particular option which has been selected.

Voice XML,IVR system,text-to-speech(TTS),HTTP,servlets,speech browser,speech recognition engine,voice, SIP Phone.
