The government of India has taken various initiatives to bring mechanization in Indian Banking Sector through social media platforms. As it is evident that majority of the people spend much of their time in social media and this is an opportunity to the banking industries to approach the customers. This study analyzes the banking industry Advertisements, customer education and awareness, data security and customer satisfaction through social media .
