“ETHICAL AND UN-ETHICAL PRACTICES IN SOCIAL MEDIA”
Abstract
Social media has also become a general and common place for everyone to perform unethical activities. This study discuss the unethical activities that people have been involved in on social media from long back, its effects on people’s safety and roles of the society to reduce these unethical activities. The study uses quantitative design whereby respondents were given set of structured questionnaires. This study reveals that unethical activities on social media are a normal occurrence faced by the participants and little is being done to address the situation. Thus, it is recommended that various measures must be implemented to prevent such terrible activities on social media.
