When we are about to discuss women empowerment, we have to consider different facets of the society. In the ancient days women were not allowed to work and also they were meant to look after home and raise children. But today the scenario has changed. Many hopes are raised with the achievement that some women achieved by leaving no stone unturned. As we all know women speak to a large portion of the total populace and sexual orientation imbalance exists in each country on the planet. Until women are given similar open doors that men are, whole social orders will be bound to perform underneath their actual possibilities. That’s why we are focusing on various social and political scenarios where women can prove themselves by playing major role in this paper. We also mention various successful women leaders who initiated and stand as role models for present generation women who can take their courage and boldness to take a leap into any field.
