Transmission cost are proposed for compensation in the electricity market. The different cost parameters are an essential provision in the simulator associated with congestion, re-sending and facilitating the technical-economic analysis of the business philosophy with background calculations made by the optimized power flow package and front-end software with graphical user interface. The online cost simulator will analyze transmission cost based on certain cost indexes with optimization tools that work tirelessly to readjust offers and contract management, which makes online power trading very effective. The eight transmission pricing schemes are being evaluated. The proposed approach was tested on the IEEE14 bus and the IEEE bus system using the MATPOWER simulation program to illustrate the different results derived from the cost schemes. This document will benefit the parties involved in the energy trade involved in the energy transaction for the technical-economic analysis with selected indices as an additional facility available online.
