Abstract
Illumination or Lighting in houses in regarded as an important aspect of interior decoration. Illumination level in different, parts of the building are different and should be selected in accordance with the Indian standard IS 3646 (Part II) 1966. In addition to the lighting houses, lighting for factories, streets and commercial purposes are equally important.
