Title

A STUDY ON MOTIVATION OF PRIVATE AND PUBLIC BANK EMPLOYEES

Abstract

Motivation is a very important factor in any organization for the better performance of the employees towards their job. This study is to identify whether there is motivation among the private and public bank employees of Kumbakonam region. The study was held among 63 employees of annanagarregion banks in Kumbakonam. From the obtained result it was analysed that the employees are getting motivated and they are mainly motivated because of salary and the wages system.
