Title

A STUDY ON EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND ITS RELATION WITH QUALITY OF WORK LIFE

Abstract

This study has been undertaken to investigate the impact of Emotional Intelligence on Quality Work Life of employees in Knowledgehut .Solutions Pvt Ltd using regression model. To study the impact of Emotional Intelligence and Quality Work Life Regression is used. The variables of Emotional Intelligence and Quality Work Life are explored and ranked according to the preference given by the employees using weighted mean. For the study Random sampling has been utilised and data has been collected from 100 sample size. The study concludes that there is impact of Emotional Intelligence on Quality Work Life.
