Title

Building employers brand through employees in private life insurance sector

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between employers & employees. Branding, is an effecient and effective tool of the marketing. Employee is a backbone of any organisation. Employee creates the first image of the employer in front of customer. He/She is responsible for the brand image of the organisation. Therefore employees branding is the need of the hour. Employees create positive impact in the organisation. But It has been seen that, customer satisfaction is measured in priority because they are stakeholders of the organisation. In India Life insurance market has a wide scope, as this setor came into existence in the year 1950. As per the population measured there is a vast scope for the employment generation and customers also. This paper aims to address the challenges of incorporating and interface effects of branding as well as the impact of employees behaviour. This paper also focus on branding effects and filling the gap between the employer and the employee.
