Automation is the muscle for the production industries; it can be applied to many manufacturing industries in order to improve productivity and production quality, and now new updates in automation creates provision for data monitoring system . Gantry automation is one of the preferred techniques for automating the loading and unloading of machines in production lines, the gantry systems are configured in different ways. Here we discuss the different configuration of gantry automation system with electrical design aspect and CNC controller programming technique.
