In this paper, we introduce Chlodowsky type modification of (p,q)-Bernstein Durrmeyer operators and analyze some of its approximation properties. Here, we apply the concept of (p,q)-Beta and Gamma functions, to estimate the moments of these operators. Then, we establish the convergence of the operators via well known Korovkin’s type theorem. In the end, we estimate the rate of convergence of these operators by means of modulus of continuity and Peetre’s K-functional.
