Abstract

In the time of innovation in spite of the fact that information is simple accessible yet at the same time without coach guide or educator, it is hard to attain success in academic life. Effective teaching has a noteworthy impact in imparting quality education and can never be denied in providing quality in education setting. This paper investigates the variables influencing effective teaching by taking sample from selected higher education institute of agricultural land, Punjab region despite the fact that not technology hub but still affected by globalization.
