Title

Take‐Off Characteristics of Long Jump: A Kinematic Analysis

Abstract

The point of the examination was to explore the relationship among the kinematic factors and take off in long hop. To discover which kinematic variable was most contributing component in the improvement of execution. For the assessment, 5 long jumpers of age 17-25 years were Purposely selected from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior (M.P). The parameters inspected Linear kinematic is Center of Gravity at the hour of development of take-off, and Angular kinematic were to be explicit, point at lower leg joint (right, left), edge at knee joint (right, left), edge at hip joint (right, left),angle at shoulder joint (right, left), edge at elbow joint (right, left). The measurable investigation of the outcomes and relationship, low and high of the kinematic parameters anyway the thing that matters was not factually noteworthiness. Straight kinematic is Center of gravity, just indicated a measurably centrality contrast the rakish kinematic factors uncovered that criticalness relationship of right knee joint (.934) and with the presentation in long hop additionally gives further knowledge into the long bounce execution, despite the fact that not all components related with genuine hopping execution.
