Title

A mini-review on adsorption of chromium ion and pharmaceutical waste on biochar produced by biomass

Abstract

Pollution created by heavy metals such as chromium and antibiotics harm human health. Biochar formed from different biomass can be utilized for the removal of chromium and antibiotics from wastewater. Adsorption is a very common method for the treatment of wastewater. Now researchers are using biosorbents such as biochar, hydrochar, pyrochar, etc. for wastewater treatment due to environmental issues.
