Bio implant is the model that is needed in the time when there is necessity of body part immediately to the patient. In this research we will develop a new way by which the patient will get the part of bone as an artificial, in less time. The research contains the process of making a bio implant with using of software and the mechanical processes. There is the use of STL Data. STL data is the data which will provide the 3D readings of an actual bimodal of which we are replacing with the artificial. There are the processes that will explain the some hidden process to convert the data as useful purpose and create the artificial bio implant with the help of Rapid prototyping machine and then the surface finishing will be done by the non traditional machining of addition method or subtraction method.
