The present study examined trends in major crop production in Rajasthan during the period 1998-99 through 2017-18. The time under review was split into two subheadings, first time 1998-99 through 2007-08 and second period 2008-09 through 2017-18. Secondary data used in past twenty years and linear trend approach was used to work out the trend in crop growth. Positive (significant) tendency in output was recorded during (1998-99 to 2017-18) crops such as urad, moong, gram, groundnut, soybean, sesame, and castor seed. Crops like linseed, rapeseed, and mustard were found to be the negative and important trends in growth. The first phase (1995-96 to 2007-18) showed optimistic and important trends in urad, moong, arhar, groundnut, soybean, sesame, linseed, castor seed, urad, moong and arhar. During the second period (2005-06 to 2014-15), crops such as groundnut, green gram, gram, castor seed, pigeon pea, soybean, sesamum, and linseed were noted as having a positive and important output trend.
