We humans are always eager in finding ways to get everything to be done quickly to save time and energy. From past few decades, lifestyle of humans has changed drastically and life has become so busy for people of almost all ages. Nowadays, people want everything to be done quickly, and cooking food is one of these. Many researchers and industrialists have been working to accomplish the demand and industries to freeze their foot in the market world. As a result of this demand microwave ovens successfully hit the market. The manufacturers of this appliance claimed attractive benefits of this electrical appliance. People found microwave ovens very useful and convenient to use. The manufacturers assured their customers that microwave ovens are absolutely safe, easy to use, very efficient as well as quick and so on. Now the question is “are microwave ovens really safe to use”?This is disappointing to know that for the sake of money industries can easily play with lives of people and these people on the other hand no means to check for the harmful effects of using microwave ovens. The radiation emitted by these ovens are hazardous to health. The food heated by these radiations are not nutritious and healthy, instead of this it is harmful and destructive for human health.In this report we will find that how constant use of microwave cooking can affect people’s health and why there is need to stop the use of microwave ovens domestically as well as commercially.
