Background: India is a developing country with a huge growth in 271085 working industry in last decades. Nevertheless, it is very shameful for India because thousands of misshapes in each industry like textile, metal, gas and paper. Method: The purpose of the study is to examine the valid factor for occupational safety by using content validity index method. Total 42 variables examined by taking expert review on four point liker scale questionnaire. Result: Thirty-seven variables have excellent validity and three factors have good validity. The values shown by S-CVIAVE and S-CVIUA are in a range of 0.96 and 0.88 respectively. The result also verified by using SPSS software. The histogram curve displays the normality on professional rating. In addition to this, Skewness and Kurtosis have different values as 0.943 and 0.586 respectively. Conclusion: The major factors of occupational safety in India are evaluated by the content validity index. These legal factors have a great importance and it help to advance the occupational safety in India.
