Title

Research on cost and energy efficient garment factory

Authors

Abstract

Abstract The object of this research I conduct is to discuss the various design styles and working conditions. Study to make the best use of natural resources such as "sun." Minimizing the use of non-renewable energy sources and using environmentally friendly materials as well. Enhance the working environment and product movement. Reducing the power consumption of the sewing area. The project's goal is to achieve an energy-efficient sewing floor by replacing fluorescent tube lights with LED (Light-emitting diode), TDS (Tubular daylight system) and enhancing daylight system. If this amount of electricity consumption is regulated, the company's profit would change dramatically. The outcome obtained from this project reaches the estimated values of the measurement. Here we can see after the calculation that the required amount of LUX can be accomplished by substituting the fluorescent light with LED light. As it covers all departments, it also reduces the overall power consumption. And it helps to control the uses of power and to increase profit. We have established power savings by light and heat reduction with the aid of replacement. The changes are small but have a significant improvement in productivity in the process of substituting fluorescent light with LED light. As a result, the exchange of fluorescent light with LED light upgraded the lighting system on the sewing floor towards the end of the project and helped to reduce heat. This was done by identification, replacement, and rearrangement.
