Abstract To improve the efficiency of the renewal energy we need to make an efficient junction which can support to gain maximum amount of solar light. The data came after the calculation based on the TCAD software; it has been used as the base reference. In this paper solar cell fabrication data are used to calculate different parameter, which shows the value of shallow junction, by which it is possible to reduce the recombination process & hence it is possible to get solar cell with higher efficiency based on the silicon material. For optimization here used different formulas. The experimental studies are based on the various parameters like mean, median, Analysis of variance (ANOVA), standard deviation, correlation, regression, chi-square, plot scatter diagram.
