The main aim of this paper is to study a simple model that tracks the health status continuously through different sensors and wireless communication. In this study device track heartbeat, body temperature, person's breathing rate. In addition to the parameters above, an intoxicated sensor is used to determine if the person is drunk or not and an eye sleeping sensor is used to monitor whether the person sleeps while driving. The values of all parameters are display on LCD screen, and if driver is intoxicated, a buzzer is triggered. During abnormal conditions, the health status of driver is informed to transport company of the driver and to a nearby hospital.
