Title

SRAM Cell Design: A review

Abstract

The presented paper explains about the comparison of SRAM cell and DRAM cell, along with applications. Also the working of most basic SRAM (6T) i.e. read operation and write operation are explained including comparison with 21T SRAM. The comparison of different memory cell design is based on parameters like power consumption, area and delay.
