Title

MOB LYNCHING IN INDIA: A SOCIO- LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

This paper deals with the growing menace of the mob-lynching. It is a problem which has the tendency to harm the communal harmony of the country. The researcher through this paper has tried to bring forward the various causes which led to this problem. Along with this an attempt has been made to analyse the various judgments of the various courts around this country to understand the judicial perspective of this problem. A reference has been made to the laws passed by various states in the country.
