Hospitality means to provide services and to treat a customer in a firm manner. Hospitality industry had emerged itself as an important part from 21st centuary. Hospitality can be defined in each and every industry, such as, hotel, travel and tourism, airlines, banking, cruise. This paper focuses on the context of hospitality from the hotel industry and its core and visible department of guests, i.e., Front Office. The study focuses on the significant and certain factors which the hospitality industry has maintained a notion for it from the past years ago. The study examines the techniques and methods that are used to satisfy the guests as a target audience with the best facility if one hotel organisation has. This paper has also put a detailed light on the historical background of the Hospitality industry and Front Office.
